Trademarked and Registered names are the property of Prezenta Preaentation Products and ExpoStar Displays & Graphics (i.e. ShowMax®, Pactiva™, etc.) and cannot be used as specific URL domains including, but not limited to: .com/.net/.org/.biz/.us. An example of this would be the establishment of a web site with the following address: www.showmax.net or www.prezenta.biz. Violations will result in the termination of sales to the Dealer.
Dealers are not prohibited from using the aforementioned names within a Dealers existing web site (i.e. www.yourwebsite.com/showmax.html or www.yourwebsite.com/prezenta.html.
Trademarked and Registered names when used in advertising should always be followed by the appropriate symbol (i.e. ®/™).
