EXPOGO! offers a 3 year warranty against any manufacturers defects and defaults on our Prezenta line and a 5 year warranty on ExpoStar displays. Online Dealer Marketing Support Information
EXPOGO!'s download page offers a variety of links to printable marketing material, as well as set-up instructions, templates and high resolution images. Our interactive Booth Advisor gives you a visual of how our display products can be arranged in a variety of trade show booth sizes.

Shipping and Tracking Numbers
Please include your email address with all purchase orders. Once your order has shipped, the tracking information will be emailed to the address you provide. If you have additional tracking questions, please send an email with your order number to csr@prezenta.com.

Online product Price Schedule's
Our product pages feature a quick look feature that gives retail pricing along with a product summary. Wholesale price schedules for all our products can be viewed on the order page specific to that product. Because ordering online is limited to dealers only, you must obtain Dealer Access login information to view wholesale pricing. Call 800-891-1869.

Return Policy
Products must be returned to our facility new, in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will apply, unless purchased through our GO! Ninety Program. Please call 800-891-1869 or email csr@prezenta.com to obtain a Return Authorization number to reference your return.

How do I Obtain Dealer Access Codes
To obtain the Dealer Access Login information, please call 800-891-1869 or email info@prezenta.com. You must provide details of your industry as well as your company's contact information.

Graphics Specifications
If you are submitting graphics files for print, please download our pdf file outlining our requirements for submission. This file covers everything from file types to resolution to important color matching information and will help insure the best possible output.
If you are looking for display panel sizes to aid in the setup of your graphics files, click on one of the following product names to take you to the corresponding graphics info. ShowStyle, ShowMax, MagicPak, SmartPakIQ, Pactiva.

Order Online or Fax
Online ordering is available to our dealers. As an alternative to ordering online you may also email your purchase orders to csr@prezenta.com or each product order page offers a download of a printable order form that can be filled out and faxed back to EXPOGO!. Setting up an account
If you are a dealer and wish to set up an account prior to ordering, you can go directly to the checkout login page (you will need your dealer access info, which is different than your shopping cart account username and password). Once there click new user and follow the instructions, or you can email your account information to csr@expogo.com. All first time orders must be pre-paid with MC/Visa or Amex. Product Availability
Orders for standard products placed during normal business hours will usually ship within 24 hours of order confirmation. Graphics usually ship within 5 business days after proof approval. Custom products normally ship within 10 business days after order confirmation.

Order Status
After your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via fax or email within 2 business hours. If an email address is provided upon ordering, an email containing tracking information will be sent as soon as the order ships.
